So Back/Hip/Knee arthritis acting up so doing the Chiropractor, Massage, Ortho, Cortisone, Acupuncture routing of throwing everything at it and see what helps cause baseline pain level 5 sucks. here is a collection of things that are useful for this

Some things I have learned
- Hip pain is in the front - if back of hip/butt then is likely your back
- Body Status
- Knee (Oct 2018) Mild patellofemoral arthritis. Spur formation of lateral patellar facet and medial femoral condyle. Chondromalacia of right patella
- Hip (Jan 2022) Joint space narrowing, Near bone touching bone in the inferior hip joint.
No acute bony abnormalities - Back (April 2022) Near bone-touching-bone arthritis at L5-S1. Moderate degenerative
arthritis at her left hip with 3 mm of joint space remaining. Lumbosacral osteoarthritis and left-sided sciatica - Fragrant Qigong (Xiang Gong) was recommended to me - 15 arm movements twice a day can be done sitting or standing

- Essence of Chinese Dietary Therapy This one I have more of a um maybe reaction to basically food is classified in Cold, Cool, Neutral, Warm, and Hot. You should avoid Cold and Hot unless using for specific reason
- Cold Foods - makes you fatigued and pained, Raw things, tropical fruit, iced drinks, salt
- Cool Foods - Goes inward, mushrooms, citrus, cheese
- Neutral Foods - Rice, beef, honey
- Warm Foods - Goes outward, Steamed, Simmered, Boiled, Sautee, butter, garlic, Soup
- Hot Foods - inflammation and excites brain, Baked and Fried foods, Candy, Coffee, Booze
