Some things I have learned

• Hip pain is in the front - if back of hip/butt then is likely your back
• Body Status
• Knee (Oct 2018) Mild patellofemoral arthritis. Spur formation of lateral patellar facet and medial femoral condyle.  Chondromalacia of right patella 
• Hip (Jan 2022) Joint space narrowing, Near bone touching bone in the inferior hip joint.
  No acute bony abnormalities
• Back (April 2022) Near bone-touching-bone arthritis at L5-S1. Moderate degenerative
  arthritis at her left hip with 3 mm of joint space remaining.  Lumbosacral osteoarthritis and left-sided sciatica
• Fragrant Qigong (Xiang Gong) was recommended to me - 15 arm movements twice a day can be done sitting or standing

• Essence of Chinese Dietary Therapy  This one I have more of a um maybe reaction to  basically food is classified in Cold, Cool, Neutral, Warm, and Hot. You should avoid Cold and Hot unless using for specific reason 
  
• Cold Foods - makes you fatigued and pained, Raw things, tropical fruit, iced drinks, salt 
• Cool Foods - Goes inward, mushrooms, citrus, cheese
• Neutral Foods - Rice, beef, honey
• Warm Foods - Goes outward, Steamed, Simmered, Boiled, Sautee, butter, garlic, Soup

Craft Catalog

 I'm on a craft organizing Facebook group Get Organized with Totally Tiffany for folks that have used the Get Organized Challenge (GOC) and from time to time there is a request to see your tools catalog.  So instead of just posting pictures I though I would make a post about it that I can link to. 

• EXTREME oversimplification
• You have 4 sections
•     1) Alphabets, Numbers, Punctuation
•     2) Themes and Sentiments A-Z
•     3) The Calendar year (Seasons and Holidays)
•     4) The Rainbow (Roy G. Biv with his friends Neutral and Metallic)
• You  have an Organized Only space of things you have organized
• You have a purge box for things you no longer use

My Biggest part of my tools collection is the rubber stamps so I started there

I got a large 3 ring and protector pages, For each stamp I made an impression (using pink paper I had a ton of) if the image fit into multiple categories I made multiple impressions. I wrote the stamp # and drawer # on the stamp and then put the image in the catalog on the page for that category.

* Lesson learned - I easily could have ONLY put the drawer number on the stamp and not actually numbered the stamps just the drawers

Enter into Tool catalog

On a page for theme "Clothes" (Upper right corner) I put a stamped image of this stamp and then wrote next to it the stamp # and other information I wanted to know about the stamp

  Other things I might list - if part of a set would list set name, 

If this is a multi part stamp I stamp them individually and then all together  This is Stampin up set 'Pineapple Welcome" made up of 3 stamps  You can see this is also under Flower and Tiki (in addition to Food/Cooking)

For sets I find a catalog page (physical or online) and in a back section I have 'sets' where I have pages for the set and what each stamp number is )

This took a while - Turns out I have 787 mounted rubber stamps  I started in April 2020 and finished at the end of June

 Genealogy

So from time to time I get into Genealogy for a bit then I get distracted and don't for a while.  So recently got a hit on 23 and me for a relative of Pooch's and back and forth with input from his Mom we figured out that the oldest person on Pooch's dad's line had a first wife and their daughter is this persons ancestor.  Was fun figuring it out and finding some new documents that I had misplaced.  

Wiki Tree is a free family tree site where I keep my records though I have tried out many others including Ancestry, Family Tree Builder (now part of My Heritage)

Have you done any genealogy or DNA testing?  What have you found?

 New web site, New domain hosting, New attempt at web pages.  I have had extensive interwoven web pages in the past but many links are dead, many topics no longer relevant,   Most of my online interaction is on social media but there is use in having a website to refer people to.

So not sure if going to go back and re-create all my old web pages or if random blog posting will be the right way to do things or if ProtoPage is what I want.  Maybe after I get all the domains moved and initial pages set up on them I'll go thru my old web pages and make blog posts able anything worth keeping.
